OLLICS SPECS & WARRANTY
Ollics are in men's sizing and fit true to size - pick the size you normally wear.
Our slides have adjustable straps and velcro inside, so you will always get a perfect, snug fit.
Please choose the closest size that you can fit.
For example, size 9.5:
If you wear 9-9.5 = get the 8-9.
If you wear 9.5-10 = get the 10-11.

All Ollics products come with manufacturer warranty. If there are any defects or problems with your order, we will gladly take care of it.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.
USA orders will receive their order within 2-3 business days.
International orders will receive their order within 5-10 business days.
If you encounter any issues with your shipment such as incorrect or missing delivery, we suggest you contacting your local post office and opening a claim. Almost every time they are able to investigate and usually recover the package for you!

We need a claim number to process these requests, so please make sure you go to your local post office and file one as soon as possible!
Check with your countries customs office for specific amounts and percentages regarding taxes and duties.
Ollics cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order!
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
